These Terms of Service are subject to change at any time, without prior notice. Any changes that are made to these Terms of Service will not apply retroactively and will not apply to disputes or events occurring before the change is published. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms of Service on a regular basis. These Terms of Service apply to all visitors and all who access our website or Service.

ROYAL FREELANCING does not guarantee any refunds for the cancellation of its service. We will act upon the agreement accepted, signed on email, e-sign or physically signed between the client and ROYAL FREELANCING.

Hosting charges are not included in the quotations unless mentioned otherwise. ROYAL FREELANCING can organize an appropriate hosting solution if required; a quote for the same will be submitted separately and approved by the client. If clients decide to organize their own hosting, we should be consulted before finalizing the type of hosting and database, as it should meet the requirements of the technology used for the development. Please note that we will need full access with hosting support for testing and deploying the application. ROYAL FREELANCING will not be liable for any delays or errors caused by direct or indirect actions of the hosting company.

If changes are suggested by the client after the completion and approval of the entire project, it will be considered as redesign and are chargeable.

Maintenance packages are billed monthly or annually as per client has chosen the plan.

Maintenance Packages are designed to serve website maintenance tasks only. The maintenance hours may not be used for full redesign or major functionality changes.

Extra charged is applicable if exceed the hours mentioned in the package.

Copyright of the made designs, website, code and source files created by the ROYAL FREELANCING for the project shall be with the client upon final payment only by prior written agreement. Without agreement, ownership of designs and all code is with the ROYAL FREELANCING.

The Client agrees that resale or distribution of the completed files is not allowed unless prior written agreement is made between the client and the ROYAL FREELANCING.

The Client hereby agrees that all media and content made available to the ROYAL FREELANCING for use in the project are either owned by the client or used with full permission of the original authors. The client agrees to hold harmless, protect and defend the ROYAL FREELANCING from any claim or suit that may arise as a result of using the supplied media and content.

The client agrees that the ROYAL FREELANCING reserves the right to include any work done for the client in portfolio unless it is asked not to include.
